Position: Steward/Stewardess

About the Position:

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting? Saluzi M/Y is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Stewards/Stewardesses to join our esteemed crew in Italy. As a Steward/Stewardess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, satisfaction, and well-being of our guests, providing personalized service and attention to detail throughout their voyage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Set up and serve meals and beverages with impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest cabins, common areas, and dining areas.
• Assist with onboard events and activities, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or yacht setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette preferred.
• STCW certification and basic safety training required.
