Position: Steward/Stewardess

Location: Nancy-Jean Motor Yacht, Tasmania, Australia

About the Position:

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a luxury setting? Nancy-Jean is currently seeking dedicated and talented Stewards/Stewardesses to join our esteemed crew in Tasmania, Australia. As a Steward/Stewardess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, satisfaction, and overall experience of our guests during their time aboard the yacht.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Assist with the preparation and service of meals and beverages, including table setting, serving, and clearing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of interior areas, including cabins, salons, and dining areas, to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth and efficient guest services, including housekeeping, laundry, and turndown service.
• Assist with the organization and execution of onboard events, parties, and activities, ensuring that guests have a fun and engaging experience.
• Uphold safety and security procedures at all times, including emergency response protocols and compliance with maritime regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or yacht environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• CPR, First Aid, and STCW certification preferred but can be provided for the right candidate.
