Position: Second Steward/Stewardess

Location: Nancy-Jean Motor Yacht, Tasmania, Australia

Job Duration: 1 Year Contract

About the Position:

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? Nancy-Jean is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Second Steward/Stewardess to join our esteemed crew in Tasmania, Australia. As the Second Steward/Stewardess, you will play a key role in providing personalized service and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests during their luxury yachting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chief steward/stewardess in managing all aspects of guest service and hospitality onboard.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized attention and assistance throughout their stay.
• Set up and serve meals and beverages in accordance with guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of interior areas, including cabins, saloons, and dining areas.
• Assist with laundry service, including washing, ironing, and folding linens and clothing.
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure seamless coordination of guest activities and services.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding onboard amenities, activities, and excursions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or yacht environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other crew members.
• CPR, First Aid, and STCW certification preferred but can be provided for the right candidate.
• Willingness to commit to a 1-year contract and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
